As a critical friend, Linda reveals the weaknesses or poor practices that those immersed in the business are too close to see for themselves. She offers simple solutions and clarifies the steps necessary to maximise the potential in your business in the shortest possible time frame.

To achieve this, she gets right inside your business. Her commitment has seen her sitting on milk floats at 3am observing the working practices of the milkman; standing alongside lumberjacks in South American pine forests; spending hours on shoe manufacturing lines in Eastern Europe to identify and rectify causes of downtime; and working alongside welding robots in the USA to streamline operator utilisation.

Linda graduated in 1984 with an honours degree in Biology, and after eight years gainfully employed in the environmental consulting arena, she successfully completed an MBA at Aston Business School, Birmingham.

Since forming Alluxi Consulting, Linda achieved Fellowship of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI) in 2016, and in the same year won the Kent Independent Traders Professional Achievement award. She was also recognised with runner-up position in the Contribution to the Community category, for her voluntary work with charities and schools in Kent.

In addition to delivering greater productivity and profitability for Alluxi’s clients, Linda is open to Non-Executive Directorship opportunities for businesses wanting to build on their existing executive board skills and capabilities. She brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise at strategic board level, for both start-up businesses needing direction and management, to established companies needing fresh ideas and new perspectives.
